Purpose of the Site
This site presents KGP FDA’s trade compliance consulting services for the United States, Canada, European Union and United Kingdom markets. The content on the site is for general information; it does not replace legal, financial or customs brokerage services or an individual consulting opinion.
Affiliation with Government Agencies
KGP FDA is not a government body. It is not affiliated with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Canadian CFIA and Health Canada, the European Commission or UK public authorities, and it does not act on behalf of these agencies. Agency names are used only to identify the relevant regulations.
Currency of Information
Regulations, agency practices and government fees change frequently. We take care to keep the content current and to link to official sources; however, before taking any action you must check the relevant agency’s current regulation or obtain a written opinion from us.
Services and Fees
The fees shown on the site are consulting service fees. Government fees collected by the agencies (for example FDA user fees) are not included in these fees and are paid separately. The scope, duration and fee of the service are set out in a separate written quote or contract for each client; acceptance of the registration or application by the relevant agency is not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
The texts, logo and design on the site belong to KGP FDA; they may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party photographs are used under the licenses stated at the bottom of the page.
Links
The site contains links to the sites of government agencies and third parties. KGP FDA is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KGP FDA cannot be held liable for damage that may arise from decisions made on the basis of the general information on the site. Ask us for a written assessment of your individual situation.
